This is not what I usually talk about here, or share, but as it is an issue very close to my heart, and as I was very saddened that one of my favorite scientists ever (Neil) completely disregarded the real issues on this topic, and as the Mandi’s Green Apple blog is one of my FAVORITES and she put it JUST SO FANTASTICALLY, I had to reblog this post. So, please read, think, and support your local, small, organic farmers! They need all the help they can get!
